You can download the Geauga County Veterans Paver Order Form at www.geaugatv.org. This form is for pavers and is NOT for placing a Veteran's name on the metal plaques (free). You can check the metal plaque list at www.geaugavets.com
Pavers cost $50 or $150 depending on the size. Download the order form, print, practice filling it out, and mail with payment to the address on the form. |
